TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

“SUMMER – Extra 20% Off with the Code LATO”

§1. General Provisions

The organizer of the promotional campaign “SUMMER – Extra 20% Off with the Code LATO” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is LOFT37 sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697), Aleje Jerozolimskie 49/41, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7010381042, operating the online store at www.l37.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing participation in the Campaign.

§2. Campaign Duration

The Campaign is valid from the date of its publication and remains in effect until revoked.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time by publishing relevant information on www.l37.eu.

§3. Campaign Rules

As part of the Campaign, Customers may receive a 20% discount on eligible products available in the Online Store.

To receive the discount, Customers must enter the promotional code LATO in the shopping cart before completing their order.

The discount is calculated based on the current product price displayed in the Online Store at the time the order is placed.

The discount applies to both discounted and non-discounted products.

The Campaign does not apply to:
a) products in the Outlet category,
b) products from the Marieta Żukowska Collection.

The LATO promotional code can be combined with other promotions available in the Online Store, subject to the exclusions specified above.

The Campaign does not apply to shipping costs.

§4. Returns and Complaints

If a product purchased as part of the Campaign is returned, the Customer will receive a refund equal to the amount actually paid for the product.

Complaints regarding the Campaign may be submitted by e-mail to: bok@loft37.pl.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

§5. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the L37 Online Store and the applicable provisions of Polish law.

These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of their publication and are available at www.l37.eu.
