Marieta Żukowska designed a collection for L37

Marieta Żukowska, one of the most stylish Polish actresses, has been wearing L37 shoes for 15 years. Her love for the Polish brand found expression in the collection she designed herself — MŻ <3 L37.

White ankle boots on a stable heel, with a wide shaft and a slightly elongated toe. The same design transforms thanks to black leather and a woven texture. As an alternative to these models, there are kitten heels with a chain adorning the upper. The woven motif reappears in stiletto boots with sharp toes. During the party season, one can dance all night in strappy sandals that sensually wrap around the calf. Each pair stands out with an unexpected detail, making it a unique accessory even to the most minimalist outfit. Bold and original, these shoe models designed by Marieta Żukowska for her favorite brand L37 recall footwear from her mother’s wardrobe in the 1980s. Yet, they are not defined by the retro trend — they are timeless shoes, made of the highest-quality, soft, and comfortable sheep leather, perfect for women of all ages.

The MŻ <3 L37 collection was born out of love — for shoes, for fashion, for femininity.
“Fifteen years ago, I bought a pair of ballerinas from L37. They were absolutely unique: artisanal, fashionable, original — and at the same time accessible and unpretentious. That’s when my love for the brand and its designs began. Asia Trepka has an incredible sense of style. I knew we would create something special together,” recalls Marieta Żukowska.
L37 co-owner Joanna Trepka considers the actress a modern style icon.
“Marieta’s style represents timeless femininity. It’s not about following trends, but about having her own fashion language. That’s also what our collection was meant to be — focused on quality, comfort, and elegance that never ages,” she explains.

The collection called for a special setting. Marieta Żukowska dreamed of collaborating with one of her favorite photographers — Marcin Kempski. The result is a slightly surreal campaign reminiscent of comic book adaptations such as Sin City or Batman Returns. In the photos, Marieta embodies a superheroine — a woman who goes after what she wants, yet maintains a sense of humor about herself. And she simply knows how to have fun.
“I love fashion, and I miss photo shoots that stir emotions. I’ve always been inspired by the work of Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton, and Guy Bourdin. The last one — a surrealist, a visionary — is closest to my heart,” says Marieta Żukowska.

The MŻ <3 L37 premiere coincides with the start of the party season — after Halloween come Andrzejki (Polish St. Andrew’s Eve celebrations), then holiday gatherings with family and friends, and finally wild New Year’s Eve and carnival nights. We’ll be accompanied by shoes that boost confidence.
“I want women to feel sexy and strong in these shoes. To be modern feminists — free, yet embracing their femininity. Heels, for me, are a manifesto — of class, style, and strength. I dream that my shoes become multi-generational — for daughters, mothers, and grandmothers. Because femininity knows no age,” adds Żukowska.
