TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

“LASTCALL – extra -20% on the Fall/Winter 2025/26 Collection”

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotional campaign “LASTCALL – extra -20% on the Fall/Winter 2025/26 Collection” (hereinafter: the “Campaign”) is LOFT37 sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697), Aleje Jerozolimskie 49/41, NIP (Tax ID): 7010381042, operating the online store at www.l37.eu (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in the Campaign.

§2. Campaign Duration

1. The Campaign starts on 17 February 2026 and remains valid until further notice.

2. The Organizer may terminate the Campaign at any time by publishing relevant information on www.l37.eu.

§3. Campaign Rules

1. As part of the Campaign, customers may receive an additional -20% discount on products from the Fall/Winter 2025/26 Collection available in the online store.

2. To receive the discount, the customer must enter the discount code LASTCALL in the shopping cart at checkout.

3. The discount is calculated based on the current product price displayed in the online store at the time of placing the order.

4. The discount can be combined with already discounted products (it is calculated based on the current sale price).

5. The Campaign does not apply to:
   a) the Marieta Żukowska collection,
   b) products marked as “PRE-SPRING”.

6. The discount cannot be combined with other discount codes.

7. The Campaign does not apply to shipping costs.

§4. Returns and Complaints

1. In the event of a return of a product purchased under the Campaign, the customer will receive a refund of the amount actually paid.

2. Complaints regarding the Campaign may be submitted to: bok@loft37.pl.

3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
