Terms and Conditions of the “L37 x YOPE” Promotional Campaign

§1. General Provisions
The organizer of the “L37 x YOPE” promotional campaign (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) is Loft37 Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 49/41, 00-697 Warsaw, NIP: 7010381042, REGON: 146681870, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000462821 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

The Promotion Partner is the brand YOPE.

The Promotion is conducted:

Online – via the website www.l37.eu,

Offline – at the L37 physical boutique located at ul. Mokotowska 52a in Warsaw.

Promotion duration: from June 16, 2025, to July 7, 2025, or until the prize pool is exhausted, whichever comes first.

§2. Terms of Participation in the Promotion
A. Online Promotion

The first 50 customers who purchase any pair of shoes from the Spring/Summer 2025 collection on www.l37.eu during the promotional period will receive a gift – the YOPE “Smooth Feet” foot cream.

Each participant may take part in the Promotion only once.

A notice will be posted on the website www.l37.eu once the prize pool has been exhausted.

B. In-store Promotion

The first 50 people who visit the L37 boutique (ul. Mokotowska 52a, Warsaw) during the Promotion and present proof of having walked at least 10,000 steps within the past 7 days (e.g., via a mobile app or smartwatch) will receive:

A YOPE “Smooth Feet” foot cream,

A voucher entitling them to a 25% discount.

The 25% discount voucher can be redeemed:

At the L37 physical boutique,

Or online at www.l37.eu using a code.

The voucher applies only to non-discounted items from the Spring/Summer 2025 collection.

The discount code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

The number of vouchers and creams is limited to 50 units.

§3. Additional Terms
Gifts, including the YOPE foot cream and discount voucher, cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers.
