CONTEST RULES: “Metamorphosis L37 x madelle.”

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the contest is:
– LOFT37 sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 49/41, 00-697 Warsaw, NIP: 7010381042, REGON: 146681870, registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000462821 (hereinafter referred to as “L37 Organizer”),
in cooperation with:
– Madelle Magdalena Magnon, headquartered in Połaniec, ul. Krakowska Mała 15, 28-230 Połaniec, NIP: 8661664043 (hereinafter referred to as “madelle Organizer”).
2. The contest is conducted via the @l37_official and @madelle_brand Instagram profiles in the form of a co-published Reels video.
3. The contest is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram bears no responsibility for the organization or conduct of the contest.

§2. PARTICIPATION RULES

1. A participant (“Participant”) may be any natural person of legal age who holds an Instagram account and resides in Poland.
2. To participate in the contest, one must:
a) Follow the @l37_official and @madelle_brand Instagram profiles,
b) Comment under the contest post published on the @l37_official and @madelle_brand profiles with an answer to the question:
“How has motherhood influenced your style?”
c) Send a photo (solo or with a child) to the following email address: l37xmadelle@gmail.com
3. Entries will be accepted between May 15, 2025 and May 22, 2025, 11:59 PM (CET).

§3. PRIZE

1. One winner will be selected in the contest and will receive a prize consisting of:
– A styling from the madelle brand, with a gross value of up to PLN 2000,
– Footwear and a handbag from the L37 brand,
– A professional makeup session and hairstyling,
– Participation in a photoshoot and video project celebrating feminine strength and motherhood, with the final media published on the @l37_official and @madelle_brand Instagram profiles.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent or transferred to another person.
3. The organizers will cover the costs of fulfilling the prize. The participant agrees to be personally present on the date of the makeover (date and location to be agreed individually).

§4. WINNER SELECTION

1. The winner will be selected by a jury appointed by the organizers, based on the creativity and sincerity of their answer.
2. The results will be announced in a comment under the contest post and via private message on Instagram no later than May 26, 2025.

§5. PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data of the participants will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and awarding the prize. The data controllers are LOFT37 sp. z o.o. and Madelle Magdalena Magnon.
2. Participants have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

§6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules.
2.The organizers reserve the right to make justified changes to the rules, which will be communicated to participants via an appropriate update to the content.
