COMPLAINTS
At L37, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty period for purchased products. If you have noticed a defect in the product that is not due to mechanical damage or improper use of the product, please send us your complaint. Fill in the complaint form available on the website and send the parcel to the following address:

You will be notified how the complaint will be handled by phone or SMS within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the parcel to the indicated address.
COMPLAINTS WILL BE REJECTED IF:
– Footwear has been destroyed or damaged as a result of use contrary to its normal purpose or other misuse or negligence of footwear as a result of repair carried out by a company other than the manufacturer or shoemaker.
– Footwear is damaged by improper packaging when returned to the manufacturer
– There are complaints about parts that wear out, such as e.g. heels that require periodic replacement or wetting of the footwear which will affect the property of natural leather.
– There are stains and salt deposits resulting from environmental pollution.
– The natural linings have been discoloured due to getting wet (including sweating).
– There is improper fit of footwear to the width and size of the feet, which affects the comfort of use and causes abrasion of the heels.
– There are obvious defects, already visible at the time of purchase, such as a difference in color or non-identical structure on the entire surface of the footwear.
– There is natural wear and tear of footwear and mechanical damage.
– There is damage to the heels and leather lining, resulting from the wear of the heels.
– Footwear does not meet basic rule of hygiene, i.e. dirty.
